We’ve simply returned from a break to the Yorkshire Dales, which is a favorite a part of the England for each of us.

We stayed within the fairly little village of Aysgarth, in Wensleydale, in a very beautiful B & B, which we will certainly return to once more within the close to future.

From our B & B, after a full cooked breakfast on daily basis, we travelled all around the Dales, and visited some stunning countryside.

We tried a lot of native produce, resembling native cheeses and ales, and loved some fabulous pub grub within the evenings.

We’re each avid followers of the entire James Herriot books, and the TV sequence All Creatures Nice and Small, and we liked seeing all of the areas used within the newest Channel 5 sequence.

Additionally, as a cook dinner, recipe creator and lover of meals, it’s fascinating seeing what Mrs Corridor serves to James, Siegfried, Tristan and Helen within the TV sequence.

Apparently, she is legendary for her buttery Shortbread biscuits, in addition to her full cooked English breakfasts, Sunday Roasts and her Dales Excessive Teas too.

I’m a BIG fan of a correct Excessive Tea myself, in addition to my Sunday Tea Trays that are all the time featured each week on Instagram right here: Sunday Tea Tray Suppers.
