What You’ll Do:
- Personal the applicant funnel from sourcing to closing hiring supervisor interviews for all open positions.
- Optimize job posting methods and determine the simplest platforms for sourcing high expertise.
- Observe and report on the efficiency of job openings and hiring metrics.
- Keep up-to-date on recruiting greatest practices and business traits to reinforce our processes.
- Drive efficiencies and implement automation instruments to streamline recruitment operations.
- Advise on HR greatest practices as we scale.
What We’re Wanting For:
- 3-5 years of expertise in recruitment administration, with a robust concentrate on optimizing processes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Monitoring Programs (e.g., Breezy HR, Workable, or related).
