Duties:
- Determine and interact with prime quality expertise on Contra, LinkedIn, X, and any communities the place freelancers are (we’d love your concepts!).
- Oversee new and upcoming job alternatives on our platform to assist proactively match the right expertise from inside the Contra platform.
- Determine gaps in Contra’s expertise community and work with freelancers on and off Contra to construct their profile and popularity on Contra and make them match prepared.
- Prioritize and handle sourcing duties; monitor efficiency metrics.
- Talk clearly with inside groups.
Necessities:
- 2+ years expertise in sourcing with robust technical proficiency OR Robust familiarity with Contra’s platform and group
- Superior abilities in Retool or related platforms.
- Wonderful job administration, analytical, and communication abilities.
Interview Course of:
1. Intro Name with Recruiting Staff (15-20 minutes)
2. Interview with Market Recruiter (half-hour)
3. Paid Case Research + Presentation (45 minutes)
